Sponsorship and Exhibition

Please download the Sponsorship and Exhibit Brochure to select your requirements for the 2008 GPET Convention.  Once you have completed your selection, please complete and return the Sponsorship-Exhibit Registration Form. The Exhibit Floorplan will be available from this site shortly.

As well as the sponsorship packages detailed below, Organisations may choose to take up the option of a Trade Exhibit Display Booth for a cost of $3,450 (incl. GST).  Full entitlements are outlined in the Sponsorship and Exhibit Brochure.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
The sponsor packages outlined in the Sponsorship and Exhibit Brochure are detailed below:

Convention Dinner $10,000 (incl. GST)
Accepting this sponsorship entitles your organisation to:

• Verbal acknowledgement as the Dinner Sponsor at the official opening
• Corporate logo on the Convention website as Dinner sponsor
• Corporate logo to be promoted in other Conference publications (subject to confirmation of sponsorship prior to publication)
• Corporate logo and write-up (100 words) in the Convention program brochure
• Placement of Corporate banner in Convention foyer
• Corporate logo on PowerPoint title slide displayed in the Plenary room.
• Marketing material distributed with Convention registration pack.
• Four complimentary Convention registrations, including attendance at Convention sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon teas, and other social functions as included in the registration package
• One complimentary exhibition booth (approx 3m x 2m space) in the Trade Exhibition (equipment hire extra)
• Discounted rate for additional representatives (other than the four official Convention attendees) to attend.

Lunches $3800 (incl. GST)
Morning/afternoon teas $3200 (incl. GST)

• This sponsorship will entitle your organisation to have the sponsored function promoted as the "organisation" morning tea/lunch break with promotions in the Convention program, in early Convention promotions and at the Convention.
• Your Organisation's video may be shown in the main room at the close of the session and during the sponsored function on a rotation pattern. 
• In recognition of contribution, a discounted rate of $1,500 incl GST) is offered for an exhibition booth in the Trade Exhibit (equipment hire extra).
