submission:<BR><BR>1.   CV of nominee (brief background) with an appropriate photograph.<BR><BR>2. Description of work environment including details about the community, the council, the available financial re-sources etc.<BR><BR>3. Reflection of the nominee’s:<BR><BR>a) Ability to satisfactorily perform necessary control and regulation tasks,<BR>b) Activity in the promotion of positive public perceptions regarding animal management <BR>staff and the community service they try to provide,<BR>c) Innovation in the quest for better ways to deliver animal management services, <BR>d) Capacity to demonstrate beneficial outcomes by being able to show results and outcomes,<BR>e) Outreach factor: their record of representation and advocacy in or to other agencies / other levels of <BR>government / other councils etc<BR><BR>The submission should be structured to include the key components noted above. <BR>The deadline for nominations and submissions is  30 June 2007.<BR>The text of presentations should be submitted in the form of a short (15minute) conference paper.<BR>This submission should include sufficient graphic images to represent the person in their work place and to support the written paper. <BR><BR>_____________________________________________<BR><BR>If
