Personal information will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2><B><FONT color=#004000>Delegate List</FONT><BR></B>A delegate list will be supplied to all Convention attendees including sponsors. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2><B><FONT color=#004000>Photocopying at the Conference<BR></FONT></B>Please ensure you bring a sufficient number of any handouts for your session. GPET cannot be responsible for costs in relation to production of your handouts. If you require items to be photocopied at the conference, this will be at your own cost and may be done through the venue.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2><FONT color=#004000><B>Smoking </B><BR></FONT>The Convention and social functions are non-smoking. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2><FONT color=#000080><B><FONT color=#004000>Name Badges</FONT> </B><BR></FONT>Name badges will be issued when registering at the Convention. For security purposes the Convention name badge must be worn at all times during the conference. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2><B><FONT color=#004000>Baby Sitting</FONT><BR></B>Please contact your chosen hotel to arrange a baby-sitting service. Unfortunately, coordination of childcare facilities within the Convention are prohibitive.<BR><BR></FONT><FONT size=2><B><FONT color=#000080><FONT color=#004000>Parking</FONT><BR></FONT></B>Complimentary car parking is available for all delegates attending the Convention. There is two levels of parking and it is on a first in basis. <BR><BR></FONT><FONT size=2><FONT color=#004000><B>Accommodation Accounts</B><BR></FONT>All accommodation accounts must be settled on check-out.
